Your Written Reflection:

- Less than 500 words, not including coordinates (event title, date, location) - Describe the event. Include any of the following that is interesting:

Why did you go to it? How did you find out about it? What was the purpose of the event? What was the audience? What was most interesting? What was most surprising? What did it make you think of, in terms of readings from this (or another) class, current or historical events, etc. How are you smarter for having gone? Washington is not all about being smart, though: who did you meet and what did you learn from them? Did you follow up with them - a quick email, nice to meet you, etc.? Finally, would you recommend this to a classmate, why or why not?

- Your writing should be in the first person ("I went to...") and professional (imagine it could be used as a writing sample for a job application; leave out language and tone you wouldn't normally use with a boss you feared and respected).

- What was the value of your attending this event?
