- Evaluate and analyze the organization in terms of its system ( process and procedural flow) and organizational structure.

- Assses how an Operational & Quality Management strategy could be relevant ( if it does not have system or structure) or how it could be further strengthened (if a system or structure already exists)

- Critically assess what the impact of an effective Operational & Quality Management system or the lack of one can be to this organization, in terms of its decision making process and its competitivesness within the industry that it operates.

-Written report :1500 words, excluding table of contents, referencing, charts, figures and appendices.

- What additional benefits or value added would your proposals bring to organization. 10%

- Conclusion 10%

- References ( APA referencing as it relates to the use of relevant research literature and general information to support your analysis). Minimum from5 to 10APAreferences. 10%

- Professionalism of report ( structure, spelling, grammar & overall presentation) 10%
