Conduct an environmental assessment of the hospital and based on your assessment, identify the critical issues impacting the hospital? What is your strategy (mission and vision) and specific recommendations along with their implementations in order to improve these critical issues both externally and internally? Describe specifically how you would apply the 12 critical steps as the leadership team in order to improve the bottom-line and patient care.
