Nurse E Portfolio: A Nursing Student's Reflection

In your Nurse E-Portfolio for this course, you will be examining your perceptions of the nurse in the role of collecting and assessing information. Make sure you spend some time thinking about the answers to these questions before writing. Provide clear and personal examples. Include insights gained from reading assignments, information provided in lecture, and material read in nursing journals. At least 1 resource must be from an U.S. nursing journal not more than 15 years old. The length must be at least 1 page and not more than 3 (excluding cover and reference pages.
