We have all faced ethical questions or dilemmas in the workplace, and people use different strategies when determining which course of action to take. In one to two, 12-point font, double-spaced pages, please identify an ethical dilemma or issue that you have faced at work and describe your process of addressing it. Specifically, please identify the normative theories that you applied as you thought through and implemented your action.
