Policy procedure changes for my employer (Dodge County Hospital)

Examples below I only need one policy procedure change

Paper

The purpose of the paper is to write a formal report or proposal. While the emphasis is placed upon proper format, the report should still be a well written piece.

The following are some basic guidelines

1. Write a business report or proposal addressing a work-related issue. The assignment asks you to propose a change to a particular policy within your work organization. (Dodge County Hospital)

2. Your position must be supported by research that is formally and properly documented in APA style. You must include a reference page.

3. The paper must have a specific recommendation which includes: who (the receiver), is to do what (propose issue), and when (in the next meeting/). Write the paper as if you are sending it! See Chapter 11 for the format guidelines.

4. The content of the assignment must be 4 to 6 pages

Term Paper

o The purpose of the paper is to give each of you practice in writing a formal report
o While the emphasis is placed upon proper format, the report should still be a piece of high quality research; see Chapter 11 for the format guidelines

o The following are some basic guidelines:which includes: who (the receiver), is to do what (propose issue), and when (in the next meeting). The term paper requirements below are mandatory parts of the paper

Topic B

Topic only needs 2 to 3 sentences supporting topic and two supporting references

Propose a change in your company's policies and procedures

• Topic Submission
o In 2 to 3 sentences, submit a brief description of your research paper topic accompanied by at least two supporting resources in APA bibliography format
o Resources - your position must be supported by research that is formally and properly documented. You must have at least two resources other than your textbook
• THE WHOLE RESEARCH PAPER DUE MARCH 28 must include all information below.
• Requirements
o Your position must be supported by research (must have at least two references) that is formally and properly documented
o The paper must have specific recommendations.
