In 500 words, summarize the article in your own words, discuss why you believe that this occurrence or phenomenon is a social problem, state whether or not the article poses solutions to the problem (and what those solutions are, if applicable), and if you agree with these solutions or not. If no solution is given, discuss ways people might be able to address the problem in order to solve it. Include a link to or a scan of the newspaper article.
