This course has focused on the four elements of the POLC model: Plan, Organize, Lead, Control. prepare a PowerPoint presentation to teach a small group of newly hired manager trainees the fundamentals of POLC, with appropriate exs of each stage of the model. Then address the problem of whether or not POLC is truly a cycle.

Remember that for PowerPoint presentations you should use your slides primarily to focus the attention of the reader on the key points of your presentation in as few words as possible. The Speaker Notes should be used to present full text explanations of the slides, in a manner similar to making a formal presentation. References are appropriate.
