*Private firms are free to impose dress codes and personal clothes requirements on employees as long as they don't discriminate. Many Companies have dress codes that require men to wear suits and women to wear dresses, and these codes do not affect people at the same level. These distinctions must be based on social rules, with exceptions allowed for religious or other reasons. This exception could be seen as discrimination, because the fact of have women and men working does not mean that is necessary to use uniform.
