Need help with five questions; these five questions are about me and the organization I work for.

These 5 questions are based from the book "Concepts in strategic management and business globalization" edition 14th By Thomas Wheelen, chapters 3-6.

1. Considering the organization with which you are familiar, which strategy is being used and how?

2. Using Porter's method, rate the competitive forces in the electronic components global industry that faced Byte in Case 1.

3. In the organization with which you are familiar, (a) what activities are outsourced and (b) are they primary activities vs support activities?

4. Considering the marketing mix variables in Table 5-1, what key aspects give your organization with which you are familiar a competitive edge?

5. Considering the organization(s) and departments with which you have been affiliated, (a) list the types of forecasting techniques that were used and (b) which type would you recommend now, if any?
