And chapter 3 we have to write ....and chapter 3 should be finish in 1800 words pages.. 1.5 spacing

While there are still language mistakes this now reads much much better. Having said that it is detailed, but it is not comprehensive. You have mostly discussed one (although important) theoretical paper in the first part. You need to tell us if this model is successful if applied to data. You also need to tell us more about the cash/stock payments. There are plenty of papers that report fractions and values of deals. Does cash payment correlate with positive outcomes? Who pays with cash, etc.

Improve the thesis as mentioned by the supervisor. Also, finish chapter 3.

Moreover my thesis supervisor is really strict using sources.

Therefore, only use good source such as articles retrieved from:
