Nationalized Models and Country Comparisons Chart

Identify a targeted health care national model. Conduct research to complete a chart that addresses the following:

Compare similarities and differences of two national models, one being that of the United States and the other a country of your choosing. Be sure to address the following in addition to any other information you may find:

1. Components and structure of the selected models
2. Efficiency / Effectiveness of the programs as evidenced through leading health care indicators
3. Challenges of implementation
