Name a major obstacle to accomplishing the Millennium Project's goals? To what extent are they economic, social, and/or cultural? Is it simply a matter of will?

PLEASE EXPLAIN WHETHER YOU AGREE WITH MY CLASSMATE RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE QUESTION AND WHY? (A MININUM OF 125 WORDS)

CLASSMATE'S POST

The major obstacle that stopped the Millennium Project from becoming a goal in 2015 is greed. The project did see results in reducing poverty line, clean access to water, and better living conditions.

The people living in these conditions don't choose to live like this and if they had access to jobs that paid fair living wages they could move into a better living condition. These people would also have better access to doctor's diseases like tuberculosis and malaria can be treated, their living conditions is the cause of these conditions.

No one wills to live in hunts and eat barely nothing for one meal a day, this is a direct result of greed and the need to keep as much wealth as you can because socially a person wants to be above the next person. We are a world of nations and boarders, this is destroying society. We need to understand that we are all one people and working towards the advancement of that people should be the only concern.

The need to work to make money is contributing to the down fall. I build for a living and I do very well for myself. I only need healthcare, food, a house, transportation, and entertainment. My money sites in the bank, I would be fine with working and making no money if that means that everyone in the world doesn't have to live like animals. I'm describing socialism and I know it can work only if people weren't so greedy.
