My normal dose is 120mg. That is down from 180mg. I called poison control and they were not concerned. Neither were the paramedics today after my extremely severe panic attack. I thought I was dying! Could these two be related? cymbalta also interacts with my maxalt, Zofran, celebrex, armoire thyroid, zanaflex, Percocet, and fiorcet. None of my doctors seem worried. I'm taking it for chronic pain and fibromyalgia. I am considering going down to 60mg as studies show no significant improvement when the dosage is increased above 60mg. Any insight or suggestions?
