My husband is on 2 nd cycle of chemo..irintecan: and he has loose stools..daily..he is on his 7 day rest period before his next treatment..he eats well but need to know what foods to stay away from... he eats lots of fruit..fresh..peaches,nectarines... and lots of tomatoes..home grown..is he eating maybe to much..should he be eating more dairy... Cheese

Well..just need to say my husband does eat a very balanced diet...but maybe just alittle to much of something..i think to many tomatoes..although they are great and very good for him..they i believe can maybe be just doing him harm..does anyone believe to many can give you a flush..and w/ his chemo meds.already bring on dirrehea...im only wanting to help..but cant control his wants..and he just keeps eating tomatoes like crazy..thanks for any advice.
