My husband has been using Nasacort and now he has soars, Ask an Expert

My husband has been using Nasacort and now he has soars with big scabs inside his nose. The soars are not going away. They are getting so big that he has to try and get them out or it will close his air way and then his nose bleeds really bad. I did not see anything about this on the side effects list. Does Nasacort cause soars in your nose?
