My femural artery is totally incompetent ,this has been since becoming drug free in 1999, I have not really experienced any effects of it yet other than swollen leg on occassion, as I use compression, I did have an acute veinous ulcer but healed this with my wound discovery, my question is: what can I expect as I get older in regards to mobilitie due to this artery blockage? I am now 51 and in full time work, all seems ok for now.
