My father is having a horrible reaction after 2 shots of xgeva, but know one, including his doctors, knows how long it takes to work it's way out of his body. He can barely walk now, is in constant pain, and has a fever anywhere between 99.6-103.2 every day. It also counteracted his lupron, and his psa has skyrocketed.

How long does it take for a shot to wear out?
