My assignment is to come up with cost reduction on the Brass hinges and the wooden pallets only. This is a group project and we are each assigned a part to try and reduce cost. the current price for brass hinges are .50 cents and 24 are needed to complete the crate for transport. Second the wooden pallets are 10.00 each. I need to develop cost reducing strategies.
