Mr. and Mrs. Baker live on Beechwood Avenue in Shortacre, Indiana. Mr. Baker is an insurance salesperson. Mrs. Baker is a stay-at-home mom. She is also a student at Indiana University Northwest. Last Tuesday evening while preparing dinner, two men dressed in black arrived in a black SUV at the Baker's residence. One of the men knocked on the front door of the Baker's home. Mrs. Baker greeted them. Their appearance alarmed her. She asked to see some identification. The men merely responded that they were agents of the U.S. government. One of the men in black told Mrs. Baker that there was a rumor going around that she was planning on becoming pregnant. He went on to say, "Perhaps you have not heard, but congress passed a law last year making it illegal to get pregnant". Mrs. Baker was furious. He went on to say that there was another rumor going around that the Bakers were planning to pay a visit to grandma Baker this weekend. Grandma Baker lives in Ill-in-noise. Ill-in-noise is a state other than Indiana. The men in black told Mrs. Baker that her family was not to leave Indiana until further notice. When Mrs. Baker questioned as to why, the response was simply, "We don't need no reason". Mrs. Baker told the men in black that she had to leave to get to the polls in time to vote for Donald Trump. The men in black replied, "you ain't going nowhere". At this point, Mrs. Baker had had enough of the men in black. She said, "Listen, I don't know who you guys are but I just finished a class in Constitutional Law taught by Professor Conover and you guys are in big trouble. She went on to tell them that her family's constitutional rights were being violated and that she was going to retain Professor Conover to file suit. The men in black then laughed and said, "Go ahead, we know Conover, he's a clown. He got his law degree off of a matchbook cover while on vacation in southern Idaho". Finally, Mrs. Baker informed the men in black that she was going to hold a town meeting that evening to let everyone know what was going on. The men in black then rushed to the local superior court and got a restraining order prohibiting the meeting. The order was signed by judge Denny Krane of Boston Legal fame. Judge Krane is known to have the "madcow".

Please answer the following utilizing elements of the critical thinking model(s):

1. Have any of the Baker's constitutional rights been violated?

2. What standard will the court use to determine if said rights have been violated?
