Motivation, communication, and reward programs

Comment on below:

The study of organizational development focuses on how motivation, communication, and reward programs result in organizational success. The obvious fact is that if employees are not motivated or rewarded adequately they are unlikely to perform at a level that will lead to profitable growth. It is imperative that companies seek to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and motivation with proper communication and reward programs. Inadequate communication can lead to employee resistance, speculation, and rumor mills spreading false information. Inadequate reward systems that do not reward employees for high performance are likely to lead to employees leaving or reducing productivity and/or quality to meet the lower standard.
