Most of us would like to visit another country, but how about working there?

Please tell us a bit about your interest in visiting, and your interest in working, or not, in another country, either as a resident in that country or as an expatriate U S person? What are the most appealing aspects to you of working in a foreign country? What are the scariest parts? Would you want to limit yourself to working in a country where English is the primary language or would you be open to going to a non English speaking country?
