In your own words please, can you help me with the following:

The professional logistics manager must develop a knowledge base that is integrated with other disciplines. Since the logistics manager is involved early in the product development model, one very important factor of design is maintainability. Maintainability is ease of maintenance or serviceability. Based on what you read in this module, please describe how maintainability was incorporated or not incorporated into a product you manage or a product you own.

As an example of not having maintainability, a headlight burns out in your car, you buy the new light bulb, and determine you do not have the special dealership tool to replace the bulb. The answer of course is to go to the dealership to have the bulb replaced or buy the special tool.
