The owners of MovieFlix realize that they need to modernize their information management systems in order to make their processes run more smoothly and to solve some of their business problems.
• In 2-3 pages, discuss a technology system that you suggest for the company.
o Include why you selected that particular database or information system and how it will help improve MovieFlix's processes.
o Discuss the potential costs of the system to the organization and how the system will help the company to increase their revenue.
Module 2 Course Project - Final Deliverable
Welcome to the final phase of the project. The various readings, lectures, and assignments have introduced you to strategies that will help you identify, address, and propose solutions that can be implemented by Movieflix's Leadership Team and their executive staff. You also have learned tools that can be applied to real-world business issues.
Your final deliverable is a business proposal addressed to the Leadership Team of MovieFlix that outlines your recommended approach to solving their problem(s). Your proposal should be 3-5 pages long, written in APA format, and use proper spelling/grammar. Be sure to incorporate elements from each of the areas that are outlined in the Course Project Time Line (e.g. business ethics, strategic planning, team building, etc.). The proposal should include adequate research to support your decisions about these areas.
The proposal should include a title page and references cited in APA style.
