Meaningful Use (Burke & Weill, 2013) came into effect after the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. These standards intend to increase the quality of healthcare by providing incentives to physicians and hospital who use electronic health records in a "meaningful" way. Currently there are two stages (CMS.gov, 2014). Please identify one of the standards from either stage one or two and provide a review of what it is and what it does for your classmates.
