The scenario

Times are tough. Your organisation is offshoring some services to cut costs and is considering India, the Philippines and Thailand as sources of service provision. You are also considering setting up separate companies to handle these outsourced functions.

Your role

For the purposes of this exercise, your group is to advise the company secretary on what will be needed by way of setting up the companies to handle these outsourced functions.

Discuss, with your syndicate via your group forum, what you will need to cover in the report, and together prepare your report, which should be no more than 1000 words long.
