You are correct, each paragraph should include an introductory statement to the topic to be discussed. We have seven topics, so each section would address a specific topic. This would be a possible outline.

III. Introduce the three leaders chosen

IV. The methodology utilized to identify and research the leaders

VI. Analysis of the influence process utilized by leaders.

VII. Strengths and weaknesses of leaders related to current and future challenges.

VIII. Summarize key attributes relative to influence process by leaders (improved performance or positive change).
