Marketers consider several indicators of economic influence and development. HDI is one of them, where economists consider the wealth of the human being in particular country. Since the ratio of salaries and living costs is pretty good, HDI in Canada stands at a good level. Earlier economists considered GDP only for the levels of economic stands in the country, but lately they realized, that other factors, such HDI are also pretty important to analyze in order to fully understand the full picture in the economic position in the country.

Gross domestic product is the market value of the goods and services produced at a certain period of times given by the factors of production within the country. GDP is used to measure the standards of living as well the stand of the economic performance. There are two types of GDP, Normal GDP, the one that is not influenced by the inflation, and the real GDP, where it is influenced by the inflation.

Since these two values are based on different standards, they differ. However both of them play a big role to give a full picture of the real economic position in the country.
