Ask Operation Management Expert

Mark who was not licensed to practice law and never passed the bar exam opens up a business and holds himself out as a lawyer. He does excellent consulting for Sabrina and sends Sabrina a bill for $150,000. Sabrina is about to pay the bill, because Sabrina believed that the services rendered were excellent and well worth the fee. However, Sabrina learns that Mark is not a licensed lawyer and refuses to pay him. Mark sues to recover the S150,000. Who wins? Why?
