Part 1-

Essential Tools

Prepare a paper describing the essential tools and/or elements you would use to combat resistance to organizational change. Be sure to address:

• The role of shared diagnosis
• The importance of mutual engagement
• The use of consultants/change agents

Also include at least two references to support your writing. You should support your ideas with at least two references. Your paper should be 3-5 pages long, well-written, and formatted according to Saudi Electronic University standards.

Part 2-

As leaders think about developing and implementing change, they must consider cultural factors that may influence the strategies and plans selected. For this discussion, search the virtual library to find three scholarly articles relative to change initiatives that apply to your organization (or one with which you are familiar). Assess the cultural elements that might have impacted the development of change strategies and implementation of change plans. Then, synthesize the information and present a 300-500 word explanation of your findings. Use citations to support your facts.
