For this discussion activity, place yourself in the role of the manager who is asked to assemble a team to work on an important project. • As you discuss your need for resources for this team with other managers, what are the characteristics and behaviors you associate with productive members of a team?
• Consider the teams on which you have served. How would you contrast the characteristics of team members with whom you enjoyed working with those where you struggled to get along and work effectively?
