Management has come to you and given you the responsibility of designing a BCP test exercise in a few weeks.

Management would like to see your proposal for a BCP exercise scenario first. Draft a 1-2 page proposal for a BCP exercise with the following information:

What kind of exercise will be done?
What is the scenario being simulated or addressed in the exercise?
What areas of the organization will need to participate in the exercise?
What resources will you need to conduct the exercise?
