Project - You have just been appointed as a consultant for National Camper Trainers to assist the organisation with their workforce planning.

Part A - Assess and review the National Camper Trainers Pty. Ltd Case Study documents including the Strategic Plan & HR report to be able to determine the following:

  • Current data on staff turnover and demographics;
  • Assess factors that may affect workforce supply;
  • Establish the organisations requirements for a skilled and diverse workforce; and
  • Establish aligned objectives for modification or retention of the workforce.
