- Setting KPIs and using balanced scorecards.
- Listing main functions and activities and assigning related performance measures.
- Risk identification and contingency planning.

Action Plan
Analyse and document resource requirements and develop an action plan in consultation with relevant personnel, colleagues and specialist resource managers?

- Amned/develop operational plan to include financial targets, candidate may amend workflow to include online retailing.
- Access and use simulated work-place information to adapt operational plan and write action plans for resourcing.
- Plans all steps required for implemtation:
- E.g. the physicall resourcing for e-commerce would include finding a website developers, deciding on payment methods, finding a supplier to set up a gateway, setting up accounts with a bank, procuring vehicles, finding a contractor to reconfigure warehouse and office space.
- Align the plan with BBQfun policies and procedures , for example, reflect the major steps in the recruitment and induction policy and procedure
- Include timelines/deadlines in the implementation plan.
- Include consultation in action planning to ensure organizational engagement.
- Plan communication to ensure understanding among work team involved.

Develop Performance Indicator
- Performance indicators and targets for online sales and service representative should include ( as outlined during role play consultation with sales and marketing manages):
- Time: Handling customers interactions ( Target: <10 miniutes)
- Quality: Information provision; order prpcess error rates ( target : < 10% eror)
- Performance indicators and targets for amended operation plan should include:
- $781,000 added to expense target ( additional staff $400,000; additional marketing $300,000; additional training $51,000; recrruitment $30,000)
- $200,000 added to profit targets.

Contingency plan
Depending on organizational context and the particular risk identified, your contingency planning may include strategies such as:
- Consultation with organizational stake holders to encourage acceptancee of, and compliance with, operational plans and objectives.
- Develop mechanisms to provide feedback of the work team in relation to outcomes of consultation.
