Prepare a presentation to discuss and present the following topics

1. Identify the mission, goals, aims, objectives and strategy of your chosen department/organization.

2. Using Deal and Kennedy’s or Handy’s classification discuss the organizational culture prevalent in your department/organization and provide justifications for your answer.

3. Explain briefly what you understand by the term ‘business process’.   

4. Identify key processes in your department/organization and evaluate the interrelationship between the different processes and functions of the organization

5. Justify the methodology used to map the processes to achieve the department/organization’s goals and objectives.

6. Evaluate the output of these processes (identified in Question 4 above) and discuss the quality gateways.
