Please respond to the following regarding a targeted city marketing plan:

How would you tackle the ‘blank slate’ that is city marketing? How would you identify the key passenger and driver acquisition opportunities in your city (Philadelphia)? How do you identify the opportunities?

Lay out a out a passenger marketing plan as well as a driver marketing plan. Please also include how you would fold a suburban strategy into the mix.

Some things to note: you can look at this as a fresh slate - imagine that there have never been any marketing efforts in Philadelphia, Allentown, or anywhere else in PA. Be as creative as you would like - budget is not an issue in this instance.
