Lowered topamax from 300mg to 200mg and feeling very dizzy today. Will there be other side effects? The reason I want to lower my Topamax, I was originally on 400mg for my Bipolar1, for which I also take Abilify 15mg, is that it gives me such memory problems and word finding problems also. I only want to go down to 200mg for now. Today these dizzy spells really scared me, it felt like I was going to fall over in the store I was at. Please tell me of other side effects I can expect.I lowered my dosage 5 days ago.
