Lower back pain, pain in buttocks on down right side to my foot, can't stand up or walk no longer than 10 to 15 minutes before pain starts. I have symptons of stenosis of the spine and sciatica nerves, have set up appt for lower back x-rays.What is Lumbar Stenosis of the spine?
