Edible Cutlery

As you are aware plastic contains chemical complexes, several of which are neuro toxic and carcinogenic. These harmful carcinogens penetrate into food. In fact, even in the so-called food grade cutlery, penetration happens. These substances that leech with the food cause cancer and impact our nervous system.

With the awareness on the sustainability, and reduced use of plastic and nondegradable waste, edible cutlery is one of its type where people can actually eat up their spoons and plates once they finish having their food. That is because this cutlery is made of flours of jowar (sorghum) blended with rice and wheat. They contain NO chemicals/ preservatives/ fat/ plasticizers, emulsifiers, artificial color or milk products and are baked at very high temperatures to hold for its stability. This cutlery comes in different flavors, and customers can choose which one they are most interested. Since the product is edible cutlery, let's name the product as EdiCut ('Edi' from Edible and 'Cut' from Cutlery). EdiCut is an organic edible cutlery that can be eaten once you finish your meal.

The business entity for this dream project will be - Limited Liability Partnership. Since the project is a startup, a limited liability partnership will be the best form of the business. In a Karam 3 limited liability partnership, the liability that the firm has is very limited. A limited liability partnership (LLP) is a partnership in which some or all partners (depending on the jurisdiction) have limited liabilities.
