Aim of this assignment

The aim of the unit is to provide learners with the opportunity to acquire honed employability skills required for effective employment.

Scenario:
Your company intends to open a new branch and is planning to embark on recruitment exercise to fill the new positions created as a result of this expansion. It is giving priority to internal personnel who wish to be promoted on to the new roles. As part of the application process all applicants are required to submit a self- evaluation document by following the guidelines below.
