List some of the customer retention strategies and tactics that your organization uses. What are some additional CR approaches the organization should think about using? You may select an existing company if you do not belong to an organization, or you feel your current organization does not fit the CR model. You will be graded on your ability to integrate the concepts learned in Module 8, such as: the use of a customer loyalty programs to retain customers, customer satisfaction, acquiring new customers, and utilizing customer information to drive business performance. The goal of this activity is to highlight the key attributes that deliver superior value to customers on an ongoing basis.
