Like most others commented, Lybrel greatly improved my life because it prevented the extreme symptoms associated with menstruation. For me, I no longer had the monthly hormonal migraine. Recently, I discovered that both Lybrel and it's generic Amethyst is no longer being produced which has impacted the availability for refills. I have not found another continuous oral contraceptive so I will have to learn to live with the increased of extreme pain again. Has anyone found another alternative? What are other satisfied Lybrel customers taking since discontinued production?
