"Legalization of Marijuana and Drug Testing in Schools"

1. From the first e-Activity, explain whether or not you believe it is fair for non-athletes to be exempt from random drug testing.

2. Provide your stance on the legalization of marijuana. Are you for the legalization of marijuana or against it? Please provide a rationale for your response.

3. With marijuana being legal in some states, how should schools and community prevention programs adapt their messages to prevent kids from using marijuana? Devise a short campaign advertisement that could be used as a preventive measure.
