Learning Theory

FIRST, find a journal article that addresses a particular learning theory. This theory should be relevant to adult learning in an organizational context, but it does not have to address this application directly. If it doesn't, however, you will be expected to make that connection in your post. 

For example, Lateral Thinking (De Bono), Triarchic Theory (Sternberg), and Multiple Intelligences (Gardner) are three distinct theories about how people learn. While they were not formulated for the business environment, inferences can be made about how each theory might be applied in corporations.

THEN, prepare a PowerPoint presentation for the class. Summarize the learning theory that you selected, and discuss at least three ways in which the theory might be applied in a corp
