Select and research an organisation which has been recently featured in the media over the last 6-12 months because of a change in its structure or strategy. You are to write a reportidentifying the major management issues and challenges it presents. You should refer to a minimum of six sources in your report.The compulsory textbook for this subject is a mandatory academic source.
