Based on the course readings and videos viewed this week, what advice would you offer them? Explain the type of business form you would recommend? What do you think their chances of success are?

Conduct background research on Under Armour, a locally-owned and operated company. This company shows how an initial concept can grow into a large cutting edge company. Kevin Plank envisioned his business and that vision continued to grow. Talk about the differences, if any, between the initial business form, and the current business form. Why do you think that this is a successful business? What sacrifices do you think Mr. Plank had to make along the way to success?
