In this assignment, you will analyze and discuss your personal leadership style. Based solely on your experience, current readings, work experience, or education, describe what you feel is your personal leadership style. Include the following in your response:
- Discuss the setting in which you can apply or have applied this style.
- Explain how you can adopt or have adopted this leadership style, how it will help or hinder you, or has done so, as a leader, and what you hope to develop in terms of leadership skills.

My Comment: you can use Google search because you don't have access for saudi electronic Library BUT I need to use these techniques when you use google.
1. Quoting: Take the original text using own text as it is and put it between quotation marks.
2. Paraphrasing: Rewrite the original text using own words.
3. Summarizing: Rewrite the original text focusing on the main idea only; using your own words.
