Leadership and Quality

Leadership and quality surrounds us and can often be heard about in the media. This week, you are to locate an article that pertains to this week's learning (leadership, performance excellence, quality, etc.). The article should be no more than one year old (the more current, the better). Provide a detailed analysis as to how the article pertains to the course learning. What did you find interesting about the article? What might you suggest for change and improvement (if necessary)?

Your work should be a minimum of two (2) full pages (title and reference page are separate) following APA format.
