Here is the prompt
What are your core values? How do these values align with your actions and life goals? Have your core values translated well into your professional strategies? If so, describe how you have managed to integrate them into your professional life. If not, what is your plan to align these values in future?

I have always wanted to be in the business field. I was told by so many to do what makes me happy, and the thought of business. I am from a poor family, born and raised in Afghanistan. For nearly two decades, my family suffered both financially and from war. My father passed away when I was four years old. My older brother and mother worked hard to take care of our family until we were able to grow up and take care of ourselves. My Mom would wash clothes, clean homes and cook meals for other people to support us. Her hardworking nature inspired the same kind of drive in me.

Because of my time in Afghanistan, I've seen firsthand the necessity of higher education, particularly in the business. While attending class at the university, I worked at Bagram Air Base for the United States military as the office assistant. After working there for two years, I had over fifty letters of recommendation and letters of appreciation. I would wake up at 5am, take the bus 50 miles away from Kabul, my hometown, go to school until noon, and then take the bus to the air base to earn money for my family.

Because of my hard work, I was awarded with a green card, which allowed me to finally travel to the USA. We as human all have some core value that helps us to succeed in life. Our core values do exist regard of if we recognize or we won't. My core values are higher education, appreciate, and being responsible for my life.

Higher Education is the key to success in in life. Such as values will help me to be a part of the modern society and develope new skills. The foundation a perfect society will be determined by the educated citizens. Higher education is my essential skill and ability to perform the best at work. For example, the job I was did applied in 2011 did need a higher an education then college associate, that is why I couldn't qualify for it. I think the more education I have the more could earn anything in my life.

Now a days without education it is hard to get on the job interview. I am very skeptical that without the higher education I can succeed anything. I am lucky enough to say that with a little bit education I can get the job the job that i have the passion for it, imagine if I have a higher education will me more valuable to a market place. I strongly could say one of my core values is to have a higher education. I value higher education in my life than being rich, or having few property.

Second, I have always appreciated my life and my job. This is one of the positive attitudes in life. No matter where we are or what we do need to appreciate it that will help us to increase the chance of satisfaction.

For example, the research shows "people leave the job because of lack of appreciation, not compensation. It is possible that profitability grows if people recognize or appreciate". Money position is very small part of the job. I remember that where is the technician, manger or delivery guy I always been thankful. This is one of the best characteristics of happens in lif and job. We seeing so many people have good or don't have the job but never appreciate for their health and family. For example, the "negative impact emotions specially the feeling being devalued- is incredibly toxic" I so thankful that i have the ability to work and go school at same time.

Another core value to me is taking hundred percent responsivity my actions. The day we change our life from childhood to adulthood it is when we take hundred percent respspbiblity. For example, I am hundred percent responsible for my life to get better or make worse. If I make a mistake in at my job it my responsibility to fix to admit that is my man skates. People who take hundred responsibility their action more successful than people who do not. We should not blam others for our circumstance or the job we did, this will give a chance for us to more carefully when we make a decision.

I have decided to take hundred percent of work and life responsibility. My happiness and sadness are all my life and circumstance so I don't need external validation. For example. According to Goleman " personal responsibility is of the critical skills identified in a literature of 21st-century skills". As the leader we responsible for growth or loos of company. The workplace will be much easier and significant if each individual knows their responsibility.

That is absolute, positively true. Research shows that people leave their jobs because of a lack of appreciation, not compensation! IT IS possible for you to create a workplace where people feel they are listened to, recognized and appreciated, and where profitability grows.

Employees value these organizations by staying longer, doing more, helping each other do more and contributing to the growth and development of their company. Money, position, and power are one small part of the formula when it comes to taking care of our most valuable assets, the people who comprise our workforce.

Cultures of appreciation contribute to cultures of power, passion, and profitability because people know they matter! Appreciation is part of the vitality of relationships and vital relationships are what produce the best that our companies have to offer.
