Joe Weiss says that Business Ethics is the art of applying ethical principles to examine & solve complex moral dilemmas. It concerns what is "right and wrong", "good or bad" in business transactions. Ethical solutions to business problems may have more than one right alternative, and at other times no right answer. It requires reasoning and judgment based on both principles and beliefs for making choices that balance economic self interest against social and welfare claims.
